We accelerate student achievement by investing strategically in schools, programs, and initiatives that deliver measurable results. We work across all district and charter boundaries within Kansas City to drive systemic change through data-driven strategies, family engagement, and community partnerships.

We support all public schools—both district and charter—within the Kansas City Public Schools boundaries. Since 2017, we've invested in 100% of districts and LEAs in our footprint, ensuring every school has access to resources and support regardless of their governance model.

We track progress through specific, measurable outcomes, particularly focusing on student proficiency rates in math and reading across all demographic groups. Our goal is for every subgroup in every school to reach at least 50% proficiency, with annual growth targets that close achievement gaps.

Yes. We offer various grant opportunities throughout the year for schools and educators, including our Excellence in Education Awards that provide $10,000 to individual educators and $5,000 to school teams. Check our website regularly for current funding opportunities and application deadlines.
